    Need help with dipped headlight!

So I washed my car on Sunday and come to find out when they redid my timing belt somehow my xenon must have cap came loose.

So the headlight went out. 1 day later it would come on after being off for a bit (there was obvious moisture in the lens), but only once every 4 hours or so. It would light a bit later than the other dry one, making me think the ignightor was a little wet. Well now it wont come on at all. Ive been running a heater in the garage overnight trying to dry it out but it hasn't seemed to help much. Does anybody have any advice for me?

Im going to dry it out some more, but if it doesn't come back on what do you think I should do? Could it be the ignightor or the bulb? Is the only way to tell to switch them out between working and non working light? Is it worth bring the headlight in and removing the xenon cap to dry it?

    Thanks,

    Andy
