Will these wheels/tires fit?

Does anyone know if a 7.5jx17H2 wheel with an offset of 43 rims with 225/45/17 Blizzacks will fit on my 1999 A4 with factory sport suspension? I am looking to pull the trigger on a set for the winter months but I am not sure if the offset works. I am told they were on a 2001 A4 but I did not see them on it. thanks
