    Advice Needed: Disable E-Brake Warning?

My parking brake warning light and chime is erroneously coming on. The car coasts fine and I am certain it is a sensor / electronic issue. Problem is, the dealer is booked until next month and the chime is driving me crazy (beeps every 5 minutes) Question is - is there any known method to disable the warning chime? Fuses, Vag-Com, going under the car to pull a sensor cable?

It is like Chinese water torture to drive for an extended period like this

    Thanks in advance for suggestions!

Maybe another solution is pulling the plug on the chime? If only I knew where it was...
