Going on a short Vacate to Cali (HB)

Well the GF wanted to set up a trip to Cali for us, so we are now going to Cali for half a week. She has planned this whole thing and is taking care of it all! This girl is amazing!

I will be in HB November 6-8. Where is there to do down there, Bars, clubs, restrants, etc...

Hit the bars on Main St. in Downtown Huntington... it's pretty crowded on the weekends and most nights. Downtown Newport Beach is just a bit more upscale and located about 7 Miles south of DTHB. Then just 3-4 Miles NE from there is Chronic Cantina, which gets packed every night of the week. Same goes w/ Sharkeez in HB or Newport. IMO Sharkeez in HB is too small, it can get annoying all the people bumpin in to you!

BTW you gotta check out this breakfast/lunch spot about 7 Miles N of HB... called WestBay Cafe, in Seal Beach. WOW!!! They got this plate I tried last weekend "Chorizo Benedict" ~ It was like 20 minutes in heaven! It's not even a mexican food spot per se, just a really bad ass cafe.

ah, I thought you guys were driving down here... I lived in oregon for a while, close to southern washington, the drive is interesting lol... just a tad too long, gets boring the way back..

Ur actually in luck. there's a new Saturday night spot in OC called the Sandbox in HB. not downtown so you don't have to deal with all the douche bags. It's a mix between sports bar and club. Shit's poppin son!

You'll have plenty to do on Main St. in Huntington Beach, believe it! There are about... mmmm like 8 bars & even more restaurants! Plus... being walking distance from your Hotel is a major plus ;)

Id say head down to the newport peninsula for night life. Huntington is a bunch of Bros not my scene personally if you head to the newport peninsula id go to the district or blue beet, or head down further to the balboa peninsula cabo cantina is ok but Balboa saloon is more of my scene im a dive bar fan..... wow that was quite a bit of alcoholic rambling.....im done
