Best price/place for bulbs for my e-codes?

From avalon motorsports.

I had to end up returning my HID kit to HID Concepts.

I am now in need of a new HID kit for these new housings.

My question to you all is this, does anyone know of any websites selling [preferably] 4300k [give or take] bulbs with anything else needed to make these housings work?

I'm guessing I'll need a complete kit with ballasts and the such.

it depends whether the set you're getting takes D2S or D1S

Why did you send your kit back to HID Concept?.....I have the same headlights and made the OEM kit work with these, it's a simple plug and play and just a lil' bit of minor tweaking and drilling of a hole in the bottom.....

They sent me one wrong bulb, and when I asked for a replacement they said that the only other bulb they could send me had a small crack in the filament [IIRC] and I just wanted a refund.
