Ok so i have the code p0411 sap incorrect flow, i took it in to my school to have a friend look at it and we replace the the hose that goes to the combi valve also the hose from the fpr to the intake manifold. My pump does have the dentist drill noise but i took the pump off and it sucks in air and blows air, when i did take the pump hose off there was a little tiny bit of water maybe a tbl spoon it that enough for a bad combi valve. My combi valve held pressure.
