Anyone from APR need an answer!!!

I dynoe'd 220WHP and 255WTQ Yesterday on a Dyno Jet. Will your APR S3 Turbo Kit for the B7 Tip break the 300WHP mark with Fuel Pump, FMIC, Software, Injectors, Test pipe, Full Exhaust???? I really need an answer because im either going to wait out for yours or go ASP now... I would rather stay with you guys but i have called you and no one seems to be able to give me an answer on this kit. I don't care about crank numbers i want WHP.

i doubt it, maybe 265 270 whp tops... 300whp is already at the limit for the 2.0t motors

Thanks for your interest in our upcoming turbo kits for the B7 A4.

At this time I cannot comment on the final power gains as they are not released from our engineering department. We have been showing 323 flywheel hp and 338 flywheel trq for the S3 ko4 and 373 flywheel hp and 340 flywheel trq for our Stage 3. These numbers are conservative estimates from preproduction testing. I would think that the release will see similar numbers but I don't think they will be enough of an increase over the 323 to confidently recommend to you that it will make 300whp at this time.

Pete-
It seems like you've been setting lots of extravagent benchmarks. Maybe instead of being set on an exact time in the quarter mile time or simply breaking 300 WHP (which something tells me comes from your quarter mile desires), focus on making it a great all-around car. A K04 will preserve drivability with minimal increase in lag. It should get you darn close to 300 whp if it doesn't get you all the way there, but from what I hear and have witnessed on these boards, APR stands behind their stuff and makes quality products. I haven't purchased a single thing from them, so this isn't any kind of miracle testamony. Our cars aren't made for benchmarks. Moreso for refinement, balance, area under the curve, etc. The bigger your turbo gets, the less of all of the above things you have. Just my two cents.
