B8 headlight on B6

hey does anybody know if it is possible to put the new B8 headlights on the B6

I think someone tried and the fitment was way off.... or maybe those were ebay lights now that I think about it haha nvmnd not sure.

^ yeah, you could do it but it might be a big chunk of change..

do it, you'll get a lot of attention at shows thats for sure.

get them and then start cutting away at your fenders.

if i was going to do that i'd get my hands on a bunch of bondo, some certifit fenders, and a weekend to piece it together. go OEM on B8 lights or don't bother.

p.s. - certifit fenders for our cars are about 50 bucks a pop, and i've always had VERY good experiences with the quality of their parts. i'd recommend them to anyone who needs replacement body panels.

is the B8 a 8E chassis like the B6 or B7? or did they change it up again?

they are completely different shaped housings. you would need match hood, fenders, and bumper to fit them. that or a lot of custom work. not worth it just buy devil eyes, or a b8.

i love my b8 headlights with leds. it's been a month in the car and i'm still turning heads!

Do you still have to get the Premium package to get the LEDs on the headlights?? I would not want to spend $4000 just for those LEDs. Buying them separately would be much smarter.
