Dyno and Track Results! With A Video Now.

Ran my car today 9 times in a row. I won eliminations rounds but lost the final race against a modded R32, i beat him in the 1/4 but he had a higher dial in time so i lost by a hundredth of a second. My best 1/4 time was a [email protected] but all my times were 14.2xx. Here is my best run.

My best reaction time overall was .061, 60' time was a 1.854 MPH was a 95.41.

As for the Dyno Results.

220WHP and 255WTQ on a Dyno Jet. The Dyno run was done 5 minutes after 9 consecutive runs on the 1/4 so im sure the numbers were effected a little. Overall im very happy and had alot of fun. I think my 13 second goal is unattainable because i had some perfect runs and couldn't break 14.2 on pump gas. Another thing is supposedly Old bridge Raceway has some of the worst 1/4 times, ATCO another raceway by me is proven to post 2-4 tenths of a second faster times.

Those are good numbers, and I'm happy to see that you finally got around to doing a dyno. I'll get to running my car down the 1/4 one of these days....

How was Show and Go otherwise? I would have liked to have gone, but going to school in DC takes priority I guess...

My modes are apr 93, K&N open filter and two end muffler delete, one small resonator
added infront of the stock resonator..

I launched at 2,000 rpm.. so if i did 3,5000 or something like that.. I guess it couldve been better?? but oh well. whatever..

Wowzer..thats might quick for TIP mang!..1.8 60' is impressive..my best is 1.9..that fuel pump is injecting some extra pruno no doubt in the low-midrange..but based upon your trap mph running out of breath..solid times though

Why are my MPH so low? anyone have a clue? based on my 60' time and other similary modded A4's i should be arond 96-97MPH

Im not upset about the numbers, i mean was i expecting 240-250WHP kinda, but im happy that my car ran 9 straight runs, won its class, out launched every singe DSG R32 at Show and Go and had one of the best if not the best 60' times on the track. Those Dyno numbers just serve as a baseline for me.

Great 60ft time for a tippy. I wouldnt be too upset with those times. Keep in mind that the torque coverted automatic transmission will lose more to powertrain then a manual so that could explain the trap speed a little bit. I'd bet you can trap it at 95mph and shave a couple tenths off given the right day at the right track. cheers! Mike

Nice numbers, I can't wait to come home and run at a 1/4 mile track. I've only ran at a 1/8 mile track.

Is the dyno you used know for reading high, low or staight up? Just trying to help you ease your mind.

You should try some AutoX, at least you can make the driver faster for a lot less $$$. These cars are way too fun to just drive in a straight line.
