Does the "-13 vacuum ?" thread not too far up help you at all?

check where you have your boost gauge hooked up. any pictures? are there any spots near the back of the motor where you see an excess buildup of an oily grime?

    Re: inHG problem..?

The 10 psi sounds about right for stock (anywhere between 7-11psi). For the vacuum, you should be at 20 InHg when at idle. If you're not able to get the gauge to move down, check all connections to make sure everything is on secure.

If you're certain that you do not have any vacuum leaks and still can't get a proper reading, then there might be a fault with the gauge. In that case, you'll need to contact ECS to get a replacement (should be covered under warranty).

Having a vacuum leak won't necessarily throw any codes. Can't view the pic right now (blocked at work), but as long as you followed the instructions, you should be ok. Just double check the connections to make sure everything is on secure. After confirming that, you may need to do a pressure test (or soap bubble test) to track down the culprit.
