HELP: Need help with Timing Belt on a B5 1.8TQM

Anyone in the area that has done their timing belt/water pump/t-stat/etc?
I'm in Long Island and can't afford to get this done by a shop but it needs to be done because I can hear my water pump and I hear if it makes loud noises it's going bad and my car has 120k on it and I'm not sure if the timing belt was ever done.

I haven't bought anything yet so if anyone has advice on what's the most efficient route to go in purchasing the stuff I need for a low price let me know!

You'd be surprised man, his prices are *amazing*. Timing belt is a decent size job, and it's a serious one. Don't skimp out on this sort of maintenance. Do it right and do it once!

Ok well I got all the stuff needed, but still need someone to do or help me do the job
looking spend around 200 on labor
