I'm still looking for a page detailing the belly pan and its attachment points.

What do you mean by detailing? Are you seeking mounting point detail drawings for each fastener or a view of the attachement point locations on the perimeter of the belley pan?

I'm going to replace the pan since winter is quickly approching here in CO, but I think I'm missing some pieces that broke off last winter. I'm looking for a diagram that shows where the belly pan attaches on the perimeter and any plastic pieces that the belly pan attaches to. I'm also missing the little mudflap/splash guards that attach to the front fender liner.

what Jon gave you is probably the best thing youll find

Yeah, as far as what is shown in the Bentley, that is about it. What you need to do is either go to the dealer and look at the ETKA to ID the parts, or there is/was an online ETKA you may be able to use also. (I forget the URL, but it's based out of Russia with a .ru, and VAG in the URL.)
