....OH and no warranty.
and i don't know if its true or not, but alot of people say i needs the Timing belt/service done like every 20-30K miles, but we need a RS6 owner to chime in to verify that.

TB job every 35K. Its not and easy job either. Much to get through just to get to the actual Timing belt. Usually $2000-$2500 from the people I know. The car is a money pit. You can't really pick up rotors and pads from autozone. You might want to search it up on RS6.com

Definitely the dolphin gray. Very classy color. Check waterfest photos for some really nice versions (NE forum, tri-state).

Am I out of touch (don't answer please) or are those especially good prices??? That's a lot of car!

If you have the money to fix it if it breaks then I say buy it. As far as which one, the gray one seems to have all the documentation on its history.

"Grey" is a variant of "gray." Either is acceptable.
Either way, get the one that's not black.

Gray is "American" English as opposed to Oxford (like color vs. colour).

Why does the TB need to be changed every 35k? That cannot be the Audi recommended interval. I cannot imagine any reason for it to be so often.
