Convert an RNS-E adapter to a Symphony II+ Adapter

I have a Symphony II to RNS-E adapter and need to convert it to work for putting a Symphony II+ unit in a B6.

From what I can find, there is a K-Line swap and also an extra power needed on one terminal....

Can anyone tell me exactly which terminals need to swap and where I need to patch in the 12v line as well?

    Thanks much!
