Pictures of timing- is it right and a CMP/ lean code issue

A lot of people have told me that my timing is off from the cam to cam, so i took the damn valve cover off today and took some pics. Does this look right to you guys

here is crank to cam timing pics

and now the cam to cam timing

anyways i built the motors drove fine for 500 miles, now is throwing a CMP (p1338) short code, replaced the sensor, checked voltage from terminal 1 to 3 and have 5.3 V (min 4.5 V per bently) then checked the resistance from the ECM to each of the terminals on the clip all read .5 ohms ( bently states 1.5 ohms max)...still the check engine light is on

when you start in the morning idle will fall twice under 600 rpms then back up to normal, at stop lights it with idle then slowly raise idle till it sits somewhere between 1200 and 1000 rpms.

Compression is 155psi+/- 5% in all cylinders on 4 cranks of the motor, can't find a boost leak/ vacuum testing with compressed air. Just can't figure this out...Bad ecu the book says if the wiring to the cmp is good and a new cmp is in place...idk?

the cam timing on the valve cover does look off, and yes that will give you a code unless its SPOT ON
