Another esss_pho/team_soy thread

Hate to do this, but Kurt Daniels, aka "esss_pho"/"team_soy", will not refund my money nor will he respond to PMs.

I sent $180 through paypal to him at the beginning of this year for an awe gauge and never received product or emails stating any information. I contacted him recently and he keeps telling me he has no money,blah blah blah. Well he will no longer respond to PMs (since 9/21) so I guess this may be the only way to get in touch with him...

Where are you, and more importantly, where's my refund? You take my money, go and spend it, and dont think I'll notice I didn't receive anything back?

yeah,he's fucking people left and right...i cant make a claim because its out of their 45 day agreement. so im PMing the guy who had ALL this guys information and going from there.
