Whats up guys. I just bought a 02 ALMS the car is just awesome no regrets on purchasing the vehicle but my turn signal is not working right. It would sometimes blink fast like a strobe light, blink in a weird way like blink normal then speeds up and then slows down again. or it would sometimes not let me signal at all. HELP guys! any of you have experience with this or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Hey there I have the exact car and had the exact same problem, hazard switch, $54 and some cussing since I do not have tiny hands, the problem was fixed. The hardest part was finding a good set of stereo keys!

Thanks for the response guys! is it as easy as unplugging the old hazard switch and replacing it with a new one like explained on this site:
    http://www.wak-tt.com/dashswitches/A...0of%20cake.htm
    or is more complicated.

Yup, but I left the plastic plate out for weight reduction! It's not needed. Make sure that all of the controls are snapped in place, my passenger seat heater was on full high and we went to push it in, and the button pushed into the dash, so people had to sit on jackets so their butt wouldn't burn! This was when I lived 240 miles from a dealer, locally, no one had stereo keys that would work.

So I just called a local Audi dealer but they are selling the part for $85. Is that the average price for that part or is it too expensive?

Update! Thanks for the advice guys! I bought the hazard switch to fix the blinker problem and I also had to buy a brake light switch because it gave out the night before.
