My center LED brake light (bottom of rear window) has gone out, and I need to replace it ('02 A4 sedan)

Does anyone have one for sale or know where I can order it online? The stealership wanted an arm and a leg for it!! Thanks in advance!

The display notice is constantly on, and never goes off...has been for the past couple months (doesn't bother me much because I have my Garmin suction-mounted to the middle of the instrument cluster).

Try unplugging it and plugging it back in.

if the light is constantly on, theres something wrong with your ESP

Re: 3rd Center Brake Light - Where to get it?

If the "brake light" or the "center brake light display" is on constantly it is ESP? Doesn't make much sense if the "center brake light display" is on constantly it has anything to do with the ESP...especially when the center brake light itself doesn't work at all.

I've tried disconnecting, connecting the LED center brake light; disconnecting, reconnecting the battery, but the message still remains and the light does not function.

Am I missing something, or is this simply a brake light issue?

    Thanks again for the help.
