    Tire pressure light...

Why is it that this light doesnt tell you WHICH tire the pressure is low in?

Ive had this car 10 months, and it just came on for the 3rd time. First 2 times I had the tire plugged, but I dont wanna go to the dealer and sit there all day for it. Id just as soon go to a tire shop if I knew which tire it was.

You should be able to go to a regular tire shop. They can find out which tire is low just as easy as the dealer.

TPMS sucks balls. It's simply an annoyance. I say get a tire gauge and be responsible.

go to a gas station and just fill up the tires to the reccomended PSI. No need to go to the dealer.

Yea I did that, but the light is still on. How do I get it to turn off?

it will have to "cycle" so many times before the system will register the correct air pressure in the tires. It is not automatic. It may take a little bit of driving. Just make sure they all have the correct inflation and keep driving. Now if you do that and after like two days the light is still on, go to the dealer.

Never went away and I called Audi to bring it in and they told me to try resetting the tire pressure sensor first. Anyone know about this?

^ I am in the same exact situation...I even posted a thread about this the other day...

Mine turns on and off every now and then for that past month or so and every time I check the tire pressure its fine. I also called the dealership and they told me to bring it in so they can fix it...Need to make some time to go in and have them check it out...
