does anyone know what the hell this means?? My ecu died the other night and I next day aired it to Unitronic and this is what I get...FWIW my car is running on the stock ECU right now and it runs like shit

UPS sucks.....I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. And they are ridiculously overpriced and usually not on time. Def call those bastards and demand a refund. They need to tell you exactly what happened in regards to the so-called "Emergency," but they should absolutely give you ur money back, since they guaranteed you a service, but failed to deliver it........FEDEX FTW!

Many times when I was located in Reading,PA at my apt. UPS would constantly be taking my packages somewhere else, I would always be in such a PO mood when I watch the tracking results and it says package has been received...Just sucks that some companys only deal with UPS or USPS

dude, no one said anything bad about the families losing homes. they're just talking about how ups should now refund some money or something of the sort to quell a possibly angry customer that was guaranteed overnight shipping.

yeah they will refund you the extra you paid for the overnight. emergency can be anything from vehicle breakdown to accident to roadclosures. I'd much rather ups over fedex or dhl anyday. fedex items come broken like 80% of the time and dhl comes whenever they find it convenient. I work at a warehouse and the dhl guy comes ones he accumulates 5 packages. fedex breaks everything. ups isnt a whole lot better but better than the other 2.

I know it sucks since you're really waitin on it but it cant be all that bad. at least your not driving a kia sephia while it is in transit
