    drop the headliner and you have full access to the sunroof

    I used white lithium grease to good results. I just opened it up, sprayed the shit in and sprayed it while it closed.

    i got some crc white lithium grease and im just going to do like the guy said above. spray the rails and everything while it opens and closes. Ill let you guys know how it goes.

    No, you want a type of lubricant that is going to stick around. Something with a little thickness to it. The white lithium grease should work well.
