Need to lay something flat to move on saturday and also heading to the track this sunday (wouldn't hurt to loose a bit of weight). Thanks

Well I learned the hard way, by actually removing all of the brackets, but the right way to do it is like this.
1,The bottom section of the seat comes out by firmly pulling up on them, the 2 points where it clips into the floor are roughly 12" from the side on the front. This part weighs next to nothing.
2, fold your seats down, at the separation, where the seats pivot, there is a 3x3/4 inch plastic cover that pops off. Revealing a single screw.
3, Take out the screw and remove this metal retainer that the screw was holding.
4, full up on either section of the seat (you will have to fold it up from the flat position a little bit) to loosen it form this bracket, once loose pull the seatback away from the corner it is still attached to. The seat should slide free.
    5, disconnect the seatbelt

    Done.

Did i miss something? what do you mean your seats do not fold down? I thought they all did. If they do not fold down I don't think my instructions work. Except for the bottom seat.

That's what I mean. The tops fold down and they lay almost flat.

i would imagine that once you take the seats up, it may not be flat under there either. Usually the bench slopes down a bit.

My original plan was to just fold the seats down and lay something in the truck to make it flat. However I wasn't ablt to get enough height clearance as it would destroy the model so i'm gonna have to compensate but need extra height clearance. Should work for sure

I've ripped a lot of cars, but hell, A4 B7 has been reaaaaly difficult guys...
Yesterday I removed the rear harnesses, along with sub and other components and it really took a lot of time and effort to achieve it...
