Penski Audi

Well I just got back from my 5k service and I am very happy. I was dreading going to the dealer due to some of the recent horror stories but Jason took care of me and made sure everything went smooth. I highly recommend Penski for those of you in the so. cal region and also highly recommend Jason.

Yep, Jason is definitely cool. In fact he's taking care of my car right now, sucks driving a SUV rental, I was hoping to get a B8 loaner or something haha

i was just at penske today too because my fuel pump went out. do you drive a black A4?

Is the service department at Penske mod-friendly?

and as for the SUV rental, do you have to pay for that? do Audi dealerships not give out free loaners?

Yes they are mod friendly. As far as the rentals go is always subjective depending on what work is getting warrantied and what is not. Most dealers will rent out cars on their expensive as long as you are in for warrantied work

yeah Jason over at Penske is the man ... I just took my A4 and my GTi to McKenna for some basic service because its closer..... man I will never go back there again ...... Gonna call up Jason like I should have in the first place. Definitely worth the drive.

i drive farther JUST to take it to penske because i always have a safe peace of mind when i leave my car with them. I have never been to any other dealer but penske has a great service department--whether you deal with chris or jason. all audis that i will get in life will be from penske.
