Reload this Page Need help reading the engine logs

    Hey guys,

My car has been very sluggish lately. Up to the point that I felt I needed to take some logs - especially boost logs but the numbers I am getting confused me.
That's why I need your help.
    So I logged channels - 020, 034 and and 115
I have a hard time interpreting the logs and I thought to start by sharing the boost logs maybe someone could tell me if the car is boosting right - I have APR93 and stock running and I would think right now the APR93 program is running.

This is a small snippet from a power run from 1080 rpms to 6200
I thought I was supposed to adjust for the atmospheric pressure but if I do that the idle boost is negative. If I dont - then the boost under load is huge - 26 psi

Can someone please help me? One of my suspicions was that somehow I am running stock and not APR or something in the turbo system broke down.

Does anyone know what's the max psi on our stock program

I always thought it was 12 PSI which is what I am making now - but the tuner just told me it was 8 PSI and APR only brings it up to 15. I thought APR would bring it up to 18 PSI.

Re: Reload this Page Need help reading the engine logs

ok. Thanks. It looks I was running stock - I switched to SLOT 2 - APR93 and I am showing 17-18 psi's now.
I wonder if it would get any better with more time

BTW: APR tech support was pretty nice - they pulled up my file and even told me which program was in slot 1 and which was in slot 2. Very nice and friendly service.

Re: Reload this Page Need help reading the engine logs

So I changed the program I am running - chose slot 2 - and I think my car is running better - it seems to be boosting more - 17-18 PSI's in some cases though this snapshot below doesnt have more than a little over 16.
Would a broken PCV prevent the turbo from boosting more?
