where do i find a oem lower bumper cover? or usp?

is the lower center grill on the USP the same as on the base? I remember reading the two side grills were different so I'm assuming the center one is different too.

You can buy a full USP conversion kit for 495 bucks? Are you sure you'd be getting the full front bumper and all three grills, or just the bottom half? That seems like a pretty darn good price for both bumpers, grills and door blades.

INCORRECT, that would be just the lower half of USP and the three lower grills shipped from dthaus for $495. Upper half of the bumper is like $550.

It's just the bottom half, with the top half its 995. I think you can convert the bottom half to work with the stock upper... there's a few threads on it.

Ahh, that makes a lot more sense. Yes, you definitely can convert the bottom to fit the stock upper. I did the conversion earlier this year. I was just surprised at the price you initially threw out there given what I paid for all the parts. Not a cheap kit by any means but I love it now.

yeah sorry haha, I want to do USP but might have to go with an aftermarket brand as they seem to be a bit cheaper.

I may be a bit biased but I think the USP conversion is the most affordable out there. I have yet to see any aftermarket bumper fit correctly and shipping on a full bumper can run upwards $150.

Tracee (my wife) is able to scientifically package the USP lower spoiler and grills so that the package stays undersize (less than 130 overall inches) which keeps the shipping under $90 anywhere in the USA with the average being $65

Believe it or not their shipping calculator on the site is off for the spoiler, buy one and see, you will get an email stating that they cannot complete the order.

if thats the case then i take back my statement.. thats false advertising on their part then.. it is a little strange to see that a pice like that can be shipped for $12

It is not false adevertising, just a glitch in their product code. The USP lower fits into a box that is 70" x 20" x 10" which just makes it oversize.

Even though that is exactly 130 overall dimensions, UPS or FedEx will adjust the price of the shipping and charge the shipper $100 more, then the shipper has to contact them and argue for a credit.

It becomes a bit of a hassle but we enjoy helping AZ'rs mid their B6's
