    forge splitter...

hey guys, so I just recently installed the forge splitter & am not sure iinstalled it correctly. Of sounds great but I feel like I've lost power. Can't find any boost leaks & I don't know if I've dropped psi cuz I don't have a boost gauge yet. Basically just wondering if anyone has a pic of it installed of can tell me what there's looks like installed. Mine has the vacuum hose & adjustment knob pointing up and when I'm under the car the horn is basically staring me back in the face! Haha sound about right tho? My cars a 2000 with giac software & borla exhaust by the way. Thanks for any help!

I would but it's so dark in there and I have no flash. You can't see a thing. Sorry if my description is vague, I've only had my car a couple weeks so I'm still getting used to where everything is.

awesome thanks man... Just wanted to hear it from someone who installed it. Did u not feel a change in performance after installing it? Maybe I need to adjust the spring better. Next paycheck is a boost gauge for sure.

    Re: forge splitter...

never had a stock one to compare with. Ordered the splitter then when I went to swap it there was a forge 007 in there! So I sold that to a friend & put in the splitter.

the boost side should be hooked up to the bottom of the Splitters

    Re: forge splitter...

Yea I got one to, so like everyone is saying the boost side from the turbo should go on the bottom of the splitter. I have noticed that too, like some power loss but I think its not much like 1-2% because it releasing pressure into the atmosphere, like there is more turbo lag than before huh? I think its normal.
