I have that clicking noise that I heard about a while back on the forums that if i'm not mistaken is the CV joint. My friend had this problem on his 02 WRX but no real problem came out of it is this something that needs to be addressed right away or can I wait until my 15k checkup? Im at about 7500 right now.

    Re: Clicking noise

I had that same clicking noise a while back, it turned out to be the left wheel bearing not the CV Joint. I don't think it's detrimental to the car just really annoying.

    Re: Clicking noise

The only reason I don't want to go is because of my habit of modifying oem parts to make them look better, like the cc mod, painting my front bumper reflectors and a cone filter. Does the dealer care about these things when working on a part that has nothing to do with them?

    Finally took it in.
Turned out to be my front left and right wheel bearings.
