The buying experience was ok I guess but the service department sucks. I called this morning about a light on the dash and the receptionist said there was no one who could answer my call and that someone had been waiting 20 minutes to speak with a service advisor. I reluctantly left a message asking them to call me back ASAP to let me know if it was ok to drive with the light on and an hour later and still no call.
I've bought BMW's from Kuni and Rasmussen and MB from MB of Portland and always was treated well. Not at sunset though. They need to hire a few more service advisors and get a few loaners on the lot.
