o2 sensor

my check engine light it on sayin something bout my o2 sensor. the mechanic said it was bad. any suggestions on where to buy a new one?

You most likely need the front one.

im 85% sure he said the back one

ok get that one then if he told you that, what was the problem? Most of the time it is running to rich/lean (max limited exceded or low limit exceded) which is controlled by the primary o2 sensor which is the front one.

Did you have a code for your catalytic converter? (cat effieciency or something) which is the rear sensor.

nothing for the cat because i got unitronic chip wich doesnt require the cat. he jus said the sensors bad

the site yu sent me only has 1 and it universal. that good for the back one?
