so Im thinking of selling my newly acquired S4. I bought in in july (of 08) and I could really use the money for other things. the exterior is in really great shape with few dents or scratches, the interior has the normal bolster wear from everyday driving but other than that is in great condition.

Personally I want to say about 9000 to 10000 but thats just me.

Those guys who said 9-11 are pretty dead on...

If you sell private party I would list at 10500 and take 9-9500...

I bought mine for about low 9ks a month ago and it has 110K, turbos replaced 20k ago from a dealer and it was a trade in all local dealer history.

Halogen headlights? Didn't the S4 come with factory low-beam HIDs standard, regardless of option packages....?

the headlights were stolen, twice, before I bought it, and the owner then replaced them with halogens the second time.

10k and get rid of it for low 9's and you should be happy. That would be a fair price for both parties in the deal.
