Forge FMIC Installed on VR Audi A3

Vivid Racing recently installed the Forge Motorsport's front mount intercooler kit on our 2007 Project Audi A3. The front mount intercooler kit includes new Samco silicone hoses which connect the intercooler to the turbo piping and throttle body piping. The larger length and width core is designed to provide an better cooling capacity. As tested on the dyno, the Forge FMIC achieved almost 30F degrees cooler air inlet temperatures then the stock intercooler. The kit installed very easily and then we had to trim some of our Rieger front bumper for fitment. In conjunction with our StaSIS turbo kit, this was a great upgrade to keep the A3 2.0T working efficiently. The front mount is available with or without the FORGE stencil and silicone hoses are available in blue, red, or black.

You only have to drill two small holes for the mounting brackets. That's it.

Damn it would have looked even better if the silicone hose that's showing was a different color. Regardless,
