    Question ECU Question.....

    so i bought a GIAC flashed ecu when i was in texas so i couldnt check my part number but hoped it would work. well it sort of does, it runs and drives fine but the abs and esp lights are on. is there any way to recode the soft code in the ecu with a VAG etc to allow it to work with my car? i have a 01 a4 Q tip, it came out of an 01 a4 tip Q. so im guessing mine is an 01.5
    any help? thanks

    There is no difference in the 01's. Only 2 boxes, but the can both be recoded easily.
