You should be running a Diverter valve not a BOV unless you are BT and have a MAF-less file

Re: hooking up a forge 004

Although I have a B6. I ran a yellow spring for a long time and I'm stock, I tried to run the green spring, but on cold start ups the car would shudder real bad cause the valve was opening under the higher ideal.

But just recently I have been running the green spring after bypassing my n249 valve, cause the car seems not to like the yellow one anymore.

Re: hooking up a forge 004

it goes into the lower intercooler (from turbo outlet to cross pipe)

the billet plug goes in the recirc hose (leads up to airbox)

the 004 will be fine, it closes at idle so its works just fine

    sincerely, 004 owner
