yea it works with a stge 3 clutch the pedal is a big heavier than the rs4 and s4 disc. but its nnot had to drive it daily at all and grabs fine

How big of a difference does a lightweight fw make? i would imagine the car will rev quicker...im looking to do the clutch relatively soon and while im in there this might be a good investment...do 0-60 times and 1/4 mile drop with any significance?

Hi Marty,
I wouldnt say there will be a "significant" drop in your 0-60 times but you will notice that you have a ligher flywheel.We have some customers who experience flywheel chatter and others who do not.It depends on the weight and build of the clutch system.

Ordered it all up 2 minutes ago with Issam over the phone...South Bend stage 3 clutch with Fidanza LW flywheel. Good guy. Knows his stuff and has some serious customer service. Cheap too. 034 FTW!

Stage 3 is rated @ 450 ft/lbs of torque.At that torque rating flywheel chatter whether it is there or not should be the least of your worries.That being said,I have not had any negative feedback as yet relating to the aluminum unit.IMHO if you do not want chatter (wether the SB unit has it or not) then go with a steel flywheel for 550US.

Have anyone had any bad experiences with the Fidanza aluminum flywheels for the 2.7Ts? If any, please let me know. I picked up a brand new one for 294 shipped no tax. If it's a good flywheel, I'll put it in, if not I'll return it.

i have it on my 6 with CM stage 3 and with a little chatter, but the chatter went away a little with time, i love it, the revs go up very quickly :)
