It's not a drop in situation. You might be better off swapping in a W8 from a passat.

Those Passat guys complain about the W8 all the time though. From what ive heard its a sketchy little motor.

true that man. I forgot what does go wrong with it, but its something major. I was just saying....isn't a W12 the same size as a 4.2? How about that?
