Doughboy vs. Nissan GTR: The Battle of Buttonwillow!

Uhh well not quite..Had a blast at another NASA HPDE 3 event @ Buttonwillow track..GTR was clicking off 2:06's and the best lap for me was an ok 2:14..full second slower than my best time 3 weeks prior..25-30 cars in our run group so it was tough getting a clean lap..I brake faded so bad that i came within a foot of smacking his right side bumper in turn 2!! scary..Stoptechs long gone so its stock brakes/Porterfield R4S pads..Carbotech X10 pads were fried up in last trackday...Will retire the car after he next track event..UTube vid link will be here soon...peace

Ya heard that several times from spectators that day..Nissan took Mitsu's lead in voiding warranty if the car hits the track..kinda defeats the purpose of having that beast in the first place..i sat in it and was impressed..inside and out..owner stated he paid 73k..no R-compounds for him..

All 3 of us are tracking out of a corner mang..the ranger actually gets loose on rotation but he reeled it in all day..no i have the better line..always.. Utube vid of my line coming up!! Taken from a chase built C5 460whp Vette suffering from lack of grip..
