Just came back from a specialized German car shop... here is what he diagnosed...

Left and right aux radiators wet (coolant)
hose from right aux rad wet
coolant on left side of engine behind water pump wet (stain)

Head gasket possible leak. Remove engine and re-check.

Car is under the extended warranty so i hope all this is covered!

Is this they type of problem that even if im getting this looked after ASAP ... im doomed for more trouble later on?

+1 on checking if the extended warranty covers it. A lot of these extended warranties say something to the effect that the seals and gaskets will only be covered IF other parts that are covered go first and the damage on the seals and gasket/s are secondary to that.

    Re: Am i in trouble?

if the primary problem are seals and gaskets, then most extended warranties will not cover that.

What was your production date on the vin sticker on the door? There have been several engine failures in the early production range of 03-04, there is a post on here somewhere if you search...There was at least on car that had the engine replaced after the warranty expired as a result of a major component failure of the engine internals...You might be headed that way...
