I have that setup with Unitronic. Never dynoed, but I heard it should be 260 on pump as said above. I will dyno in the near future.

i think you may be a little confused here.
    gtrs=>71r=>gt28rs=>gt2871r

the first to are eliminator turbos, the second two are the full frame turbos from garret without modified housings

which can you get a good deal on?

also you would be better off looking at the graphs of the turbos then just asking for horse power numbers, might help you in your decision

GTRS or gt2871r ELIMINATOR turbos are the biggest turbo that you can go with the stock manifold.

Just check the different sizes of the inlet.

Re: anyone dynoed their gt28rs eliminator setup?

Really isn't much power difference between the Elims and the real 28rs/71r.

yes the inlet is smaller and the exhaust housing has a OEM flange, but the rest of the elim turbos are pretty much the same as the real ones.

Re: anyone dynoed their gt28rs eliminator setup?

Most likely race tune on race gas. There is another B5 with a elim kit that ran 12.4 on a TAPP chip on a C16 tune, that car put down 318whp.

Well not everyone that has a elim kit runs high 12's. Even the elim kits that I have ran 12's with hit 13's with other drivers. So not everyone should expect to do that.

I think someone with a 2001 maybe or maybe a newer b6, he kept mine conservative i guess (first time he tuned a 99.5). I'm running 21psi usually boosting a little more. I think dougyfresh's 28rs asp kit made over 260 before he built his motor.

I'm going back to get some kinks worked out i really need to get the dyno sheet from him.

Odd seeing that nearly all of the elims out there are no where near 300AWHP on pump.

30psi on a elim? yeah ok.

    TAPP tuned 1999 GT2871r Elim, 23psi on C16.

haha I have a dyno sheet too, Mike. Take it for what it is. On that day, on that dyno, on that calibration, my car put that much horse power on pump 93 at 23-24 psi. aRif also made nearly 300whp on a 440cc unitronic tune back in the day.

Well thats that chris's tune calls for on c16. he said my car would make 300awhp on pump and it did. I never dynoed on c16, but Chris was correct with his pump gas numbers so I don't have any reason to doubt him.

Why does your AFR go thru the roof, which just happens to be exactly where the power jumps up?

since i organized the dyno day, i went last. By the end of the day the clip on 02 sensor would not clip properly and would blow off as the exhaust velocity went up. I looked through the files of other peoples dynos and many towards the end of the day did the same thing. the power doesn't jump up when the graph spikes though so i don't know what you are talking about. it levels off and stays that way.
