Why would it show not ready? On what component are you getting this for? If you clear any fault codes, then you have to wait to have them show readiness again (couple days for me). I have my ECU flashed, HFC, and Exhuast done and show readiness via VAG com for engine components. And in NY, you are permitted to have one of the readiness off and still pass.

It is not about mileage, but about time. You have to wait a couple of days. You could have the car sit in the garage for a couple of days and drive no miles and the Vag Com will show readiness.

And going on speculation, I am thinking that maybe the ECU restetted via APR chip design after you switched the modes. And that is why you don't have readiness. But this is just a guess. FWIW, I live in NY and my inspection is over by the end of this month and need to renew it. I have readiness for all components and my flashed k03s stays in that mode.

i forgot but 3 were not ready. whats the easiest way to make them clear just waiting instead of driving it ? i always you have to drive the car to make them ready. so the apr chip wont make me fail inspection correct ? meaning it wont matter if i was in chip mode or not ?

Utilizing an MSD Launch Control device enables a driver to find the best launch rpm for his/her Mustang, and allows the driver to be consistent by leaving at the same rpm every time. Street cars benefit from a two-step because most of the time the car doesn't have a dedicated drag-race suspension
