    Euro RS4 seat no air bag problem

    Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
    A friend who is gonna put in Pure Black Leather Euro RS4 seats front and rear. Thus we know they have no air bags in them, what can he do so there is no air bag warning?

    some of you might say resistors, but where and how? any other recommendations.

    besides the air bag warning issue, any other concern should be careful with?

    well usualy you can put a resistor in the airbag socket and it will not throw the light. Also there was a way to make it not check for seats with vag-com but dont know where to find that.

    I am no VAG-COM expert so don't know how to do that.

    second, how do I make a proper resistor so it won't screw up anything

    The resistor thing was on vwvortex.com I did it in my 04.5 GLI when i had my bucket seat in there. Look on there and ill look on there too and hope i find it.
