That's spendy, but nicely integrated. Unfortunately, I lack the interface in the armrest. Here's what I'm currently using. Belkin iPod Touch holder. The FM iPod features do not work, but it charges and holds the phone securely which is all I wanted. It works great with the Air Jacket phone cover installed. I don't know how it would fit with other cases since the Air Jacket is quite thin.
I paid $29 plus shipping from Consumer Depot for the holder. I'll use it till I come accross something better. http://www.consumerdepot.com/product...referer=google

    Thanks for posting RAudi!

Has anyone purchased the iPhone cradle on here? I've been looking to get one but often wonder whether its worth the $$. I'm assuming better reception and charging. A downside though is that I have a case on my phone which would probably have to be take off to make it fit...

^^^ That's what sux about most cradles I've found. They do not have the flexibility to accommodate iPhones with covers. I wish they'd make one with different sized inserts for multiple cover sizes like they do for cradles that accommodate multiple iPod models.

I have the same Belkin pictured here. I am able to slide in my iPhone even in the silicone jacket. The trick is to use the iPod video plastic adapter that comes with the Belkin.

The FM transmission is pretty decent especially around town
