Window regulator

So right before i left for college i guess my window regulator broke and my parents failed to tell me. my mom just called me and said its all damp inside and the rugs have mold on them. Im going home tomorow and my question is what is the best way to take care of all this and get the smell out and clean up the mold

ouch man!! thats got to be the worst feeling...i guess get new rugs. and clean it out REAL good...hope all turns out ok!

is there anything i can clean it out with something thats good for cleaning mold?

You're looking at replacing your carpet and any other items that have been ruined from the mold. Maybe insurance will cover it.

theres no way that i can steam the carpets idk ill have pics tomorow i just wanna get the smell out and clean it as best i can
