Whats the difference between rs4 k04's and rs6 k04's??

I was looking to go stage 3 relatively soon, and i was wondering if anyone here knows what the difference is between the rs4 k04 and the rs6 k06? and is the difference in performance worth it?

the difference is an rs4 is bolt on while an rs6 requires mods to get it to fit on b5 s4 ...

the difference in price rs4=2200 ish rs6 = 3500ish

the different in performance is rs4 = 400whp, rs6 = 500whp
