Well so start things off this rant is about McGrath Audi. I suggest that none of you go there. I took my car their twice and from the first time I was VERY displeased. The first time was a okay at best. I was very disappointed by the customer service. It really is off the wall. No one their nows how to do anything. I take it in a week later to fix a problem that they didnt fix the FIRST time. (Didnt really want to but my dad convinced me too since its close to home)
Ok. I take it in on Tuesday at 2. I was told to expect a call around 5. No call ALL day. Fine, I did leave it there to fix a few other small problems (window regulator, brake light, and fogged up headlights).
Wednesday comes around, and I finally get a call at 5PM. They tell me the regulator will be in tomorrow and to expect a call in the morning letting me know how things progress.
Thursday gets here and I finally get the call at 7PM. He tells me tomorrow it will be ready because the headlight is fogged up and they need to follow the bulletin from Audi. At this point im getting pretty pissed that my car has been in since TUESDAY.
Friday I didnt get a call all day and decide to go there to see WTF is going on. I get there and I see my car sitting lonely at the end of the service station. I go in and the man I was dealing with was shocked to see me. (I know I should have gone in on FUCKIN Wednesday right, dumby me.) Well he tells me "I was just going to call you, your car is ready." So he tells me to wait outside as he rolls it up. I wait and i dont see my car..... Hmmmmm. I walked back inside and see my hood open my intake and passenger headlight out, with the tech blowing the water out of the headlight to make me think they actually did shit. So he runs over telling me a load of BS that the tech is getting my car ready.
So he FINALLY rolls up my car. And what do I see? A DENT over my passenger headlight. I was heated. He shows the manager the dent. The two douche managers try and tell me that the dent was there BEFORE i brought it in. lol can you believe that? I cant. He said the service guy missed it as he was marking off the markings on his paper when i took it in. So after a good 10 mins of mouthing the two off, they tell me they will fix the dent. But I asked the manager to man up and atleast admit that they put the dent there. He wouldnt do it the *** that he is.
This long ass story isnt even over yet...
I set up a time friday to bring it in for today. They told me wednesday mornings was the only time the person that fixes dents comes in. I have class wendesday mornings so i just told them yeah and id figure it out later. Today rolls around and i couldnt miss class so i call and ask if i could drop it off at 11, the earlist. The new guy i was talking to today was actually nice. I get there at 11 and they tell me the dent remover wasnt even in yet. But i was told he only comes in wednesday mornings. So i leave it AGAIN!!! only thinking that this is the last time i ever deal with them. Still NO CALL. Im getting scared for my car. I call at 2 and the guy tells me another 20 mins itll be ready. I get there, and take a look at the pervious dent and they actually cleaned it up pretty nice. but what to I notice marks on my passenger fender that obviously werent there when i took it in. I showed them once again and thankfully they buffed most of it out.
All in all DONT NOT GO TO McGRATH AUDI if you know whats good for you please. I was showed nothing but dissrespect. And some of you may say well thats all dealers, No its really not, I have dealt with Fields BMW for the last 3 years personally and my parents for like the last 15 and i love it. I have never seen customer service like theirs.
Sorry for the long rant (i didnt go back to spell/grammer check either sorry) I just want to keep the rest of you audi lovers away from a BAD dealer.
