    awesomeness

I needed this about a few months back....that one harness I COULD NOT get off...

Another thing is, I had trouble removing the whole switch....its seemed stuck in there, even though I tryed to unclip it from those four points!

the single switches on other doors require slight mod to the harness using a 3 pin cd cable thing from a computer.

i didn't post the part numbers, etc... because the parts can be color specific... like I said in the writeup, I had a VIN split and would have gotten the wrong color if I just used my color code... however if you order from DTH, etc, you can give them your VIN and they can get it right.

Me and me son hust did this on monday. You do not need to remove all of those torx to remove the armrest. Just push down on the buttons and it pops out. Just remember to connect the wiring harness to the new switch assembly before re-install

I typically run spell check before I post them... but I can't say ive done it on every article. Spell check gets annoying because there are so many words/ acronyms which it doesn't know... so you end up clicking "skip" or "add" a million times

most of the time im just trying to get them done... if I take my time, and wait too long after the install to put the words on the page, then I forget what I was even taking pictures of

Every now and then ill go through and re-edit the articles, etc.

I have to add some thing to each article, so I'll do the spell check on them before I re-upload.

switch p/n ws 8z0 959 851 F 5PR, however, I would not recommend ordering anything unless you order by your VIN

This is not a solicit to sell, but I will gladly provide the part numbers for anyone that asks...like Ryan stated though, it is best to use the VIN number to avoid purchasing the wrong part...electrical parts are NOT refundable at the dealer.

VIN number assures you get the correct part if you order online.
