Am I pointing to the correct bolt here from the photo? Sorry the pic is so poor - tight in there... I wonder why this would be so loose? Regardless, it will be tightened ASAP... but if THAT bolt is loose, should I be dbl checking anything else?

Is that connected to the turbo support?

Just a bracket to support the end of the intak mani by the TB. If its not stripped by someone else then tighten it.

It is the support bar to the snub mount bracket on the front of the engine. Do I get a star?

Sorry the orientation IS kind of strange, but it's looking under the intake... it's near the bottom of the motor and near mount - but there is other stuff in the way and I can't confirm.... I don't see how I am going to get in there to tighten it up...

Should I notice anything with it being loose? some vibes maybe?

you can get to it from under the car, it's much easier, otherwise removal of the throttle body hose will be required.
