so i didnt like the empty holes in my oetty, decided to do the mesh... spent 4 hours cutting and putting on... zipties + silicone.. without taking my bumper off (which would've saved me half the time).... car is very dirty, sorry.. none of those things are paint chips, just sh*t stuck on the wet car from drilling something else..

Same is gonna go for the grill, but thats next time..

let me know what u think

Nice job. the grille inserts look hawt. Once you get the front grille down it will look tight. Nice fogs as well.

BTW - can you post some night pics of your beam pattern on the headlights. I wanna make sure they are good before I get them!

The extra fog lights look super tacky.

The mesh turned out nice though.

    the grill is ebay, yes..

Piaa fogs - unless i build custom brackets i dont know how i can hide them inside.... and i know they look tacky in or out, but i really need them for rain / fogs... hid's never performed well in those conditions..

pOrKcHoP07, i should do a photoshoot whithin next 2 weeks with new wheels and everything, i'll do some beam pics for sure.... (but no its not as good as oem s4 hid headlights)... but VERY decent for a price i paid for them.. just under 200..

Do you have stock bulbs in your headlights? And are they OEM HIDs or retrofits into halogen housings?

Since you have them for driving purposes I won't give you a hard time about them. Everything looks good so far.

I think it looks pretty nice...But it seems a little too exposed I think it kinda stands out from all the black and the dark look of the front of you car. I never thought I'd ever say this but maybe tinting that lens would make it look a little better..

    *EDIT:

    Kind of like this...

And btw about what I said on the other thread about you getting the NS Race springs... When I mentioned "my suggestion" I wasn't trying to take anything away from you or anything...I just remembered mentioning neuspeed race springs...not trying to steal your thunder or anything hahaha...thunder is all your my friend...

thows grilles look sweet dude. nice car its coming out good and i really like the idea about tinting the fogs. you can buy a little sheet of lamin-x to do it and it would be really cheap and easy.

You can buy something like this.

I don't personally recommend buying from this place nor buying this particular brand of spray but I'm just using this as an example. Although if someone can confirm that they've purchased from here or the brand before then I guess it's your choice..

^go to a craft store and pick up stained-glass window paint. that's what me and all my friends have used on our fogs now and since we started on the whole yellow fog thing a couple years back. never failed any of us even once.

I wonder how well those fogs perform. I need fogs to spot all of those "hidden" potholes on NYC streets. Since I started driving on fogs only (Canadian settings) over a year ago, I noticed like half mofos in NYC drive with fogs on.

what u could do with the fogs are, take them and remove the center grille and mount them behind the center grille kinda like an undercover cop and they should look sweet, but make sure u tint them first so u don't see them from ahead of the grille.

^he said earlier that the way they mount he'd have to fab up a bracket if he did that. the mesh is on the back side of the bumper cutout, and the lights mount to the bottom inside edge of that same cutout....

not to mention, if he gets a front mount at any point those won't fit back there anymore. i say tint and be done with it - i don't think they look that bad, and if they're on it won't matter where they are.

looking at the pictures, the only way i can see to REALLY hide them and still light up most of the road that he'd be aiming at would be to cut holes in the TOP side of the inside edge of the center cutout (opposite where he has them now) and then mount them so that they're recessed back up into the bumper and angled down towards the road. if mounted back far enough they'd still give a considerable amount of light, and would be totally hidden until on.

not to mention the rebar is right there and would provide somewhere to mount them
