I need some input or suggestions on what my problem can be. This "noise" isn't a grind, its more like a metal scraping sound.

I don't have a vid or a soundclip of it but I can feel it in the clutch pedal when I'm clutching out in first gear. Also, this sound only comes about when the car is in UPHILL. Flat or downhill there is no sound.

Can anyone think of what this can be? The sound lasts about 2-3 seconds and it goes away, but if I'm uphill and I'm in first and clutch out slowly the sound will come back...

Is it my clutch? flywheel? syncro? pressure plate? I'm so clueless.... Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
