    Bolt Pattern Q.

Currently I have a set of winter tires from last car with a bolt pattern of 5-114. I know I know out Audi has 5-112. Is there any adapter or sort of thing that I can use my winter wheels?

I did some search; however, I did not get a good answer.

    Re: Bolt Pattern Q.

You can always find a shop that will drill them out and put new seats into the wheel making it 5x112.

those bolts are pretty crazy, i'm sure they work fine but i woudl be scared sh*tless that my wheels were going to fall off.

    Re: Bolt Pattern Q.

Why? They're not much different than your regular bolts, they just basically have a washer on the end of them.

Capt, would those bolts work a 5x112 wheel, going into a 5x108 car (Volvo)?

No, too big of a difference.

You can only use them on 5x114.3 (most Japanese cars) or 5x110 (Saab, and a couple other cars).

Yes they're reliable. They wouldn't be TUV approved if they weren't.
Also, OZ wheels used to come with them as standard fare because they could save manufacturing costs by making their wheels in "in between" sizes and then using wobble bolts.

    Re: Bolt Pattern Q.

Of course, tons of people do it. You just need the right offsets (anywhere from et32-45 should fit).
