    i remember seeing someone who had removed their center vent, and dremeled out the fins to fit a vdo and it looked pretty nice. i was wondering if any of know where i can find it, i searched an no luck.

    anyways, just trying to see how he got it to sit flush. TIA

    i gotta order this before i leave work...because im impulsive like that and won't order it under the whim comes on me again.

    i did this and i tapped into the wire on the gauge like on there and a month later it blew the lights on the vent so i would tap in under the steering wheel

    Are you running LED or standard bulb? I soldered my LED bulb into the vent lighting and haven't had a prob in over a year. Maybe I just got lucky so far?
